Sign in at the office and head to the inner courtyard of the upper grades to room 606. I will have a sign out to point the way. We have some Grandmas and 6th graders willing to watch younger children during the meeting in room 607. Please come - the PTO does so much good for the school and many hands make light work.

For our Fall Fundraiser donation – Please add your student’s name and FF for Fall Fundraiser in the “Add instructions to seller:” box just under your donation on the PayPal webpage.
Select an option on the flier that came home with your student and send it to lunch with your student at Pinon School - starting Monday, October 2nd until the last Fall Fundraising day Monday, October 16th, and your student will receive a prize for returning the flier, regardless of which option is selected!
You will be directed to our PayPal website where you can choose the amount to give.

What is this Fundraiser For?
Each year Pinon PTO earns money to give to each teacher to help purchase supplies for projects and learning activities. Our goal for this fundraiser is to earn $9,000 so we are able to give each teacher $300. Some parents have expressed interest in a year-long no sell no hassle option. The PTO’s operating costs average about $20,000 per year – about $63 per student per year. Please help us provide the best learning environment possible for our children!
How Can I Participate in the Fundraiser?
This year we would like to provide a variety of ways that parents and others can donate, to help you find the way that suits you best. The six option are listed below.
___1. I will be participating the Charleston Wrap fundraiser. (Please see Charleston Wrap package for more details)
I would like to donate to the PTO with the no-hassle no-sell option. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of money earned will go directly to the PTO. I have included my check made out to “Pinon PTO” or have donated online at pinonpto.org. Please select from the following two choices:
___2. I will make a one time donation that covers the entire year of expenses. Suggested donation is $63 per student.
___3. I will make a donation now and would also like to participate in other fundraisers throughout the year. Suggested donation is $30 per student.
___4. I pledge to contribute to the LANL Employee Giving Campaign. All donations are tax-deductible and LANL will donate approximately $0.40 for every $1 donated. Please see pinonpto.org for more information.
___5. I do not wish to donate at this time.
___6. I have sent in my donation with another sibling.
What is Charleston Wrap?
Charleston Wrap is a fundraising company out of South Carolina providing wrapping paper, home goods, and edible goodies. The Charleston Wrap products have been recently updated! They are very good quality. The wrapping paper is thick - if you would like to see a sample roll please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is No Sell, No Hassle?
Some parents have expressed interest in a yearlong no sell no hassle option. The PTO’s operating costs average about $20,000 per year – about $63 per student per year. For this option parents can pay once and don’t need to participate in any other fundraisers. For some families, this may be a lot all at once - so we will continue to have some fundraisers throughout the year.
When does the LANL Employee Giving Campaign Start?
The Los Alamos National Laboratory Employee Giving Campaign is likely to start in mid-October. Los Alamos National Laboratory is likely to give about $0.40 for every $1 that is donated to charity. Los Alamos National Laboratory Employees can have a set amount deducted from their pay check each month and have it directly donated to the PTO. Laboratory Employees should be informed when the Employee Giving Campaign starts up!
